Here are the 6 timeless principles. I read this book when I was young. Now that I am old, it is still highly relevant. This book should be required reading by everyone. When we practise this, we will become a better person, a better parent, a better spouse, a better boss, and a better sales person.
The devil is in the details. For eg, how do you give an honest appreciation? How do you encourage people to talk? These can be a course in itself. If you want to change a friend’s life, give them a copy of this book.
PRINCIPLE 1: Don’t criticize, condemn or complain.
